This note explains, in plain English, what information Solvara collects when you sign up, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've kept it short and honest.
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your email address — so we can contact you and set up your account.
- Your use case — the note you write about how you'd like to use Solvara.
We don't collect anything else at sign-up, and we don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
- To send you a welcome email and updates about your account.
- To understand what people want from Solvara so we can improve it.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored securely in the tools we use to run Solvara and are only accessible to our small team. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Email access
Solvara's product connects to your email inbox to read and reply to messages on your behalf. It only ever works inside the inbox you connect, and you can exclude any contact, domain, or label so Solvara never touches those threads. You can disconnect your inbox at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, or to delete it entirely, at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
